1. Who we are

This website, threedotstudio.com, is operated by Three Dot Studio L.L.C (“Three Dot Studio”, “we”, “us”), a creative agency licensed in Sharjah Media City and working from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 2. What we collect

• When you contact us: your name, email, phone number, company, the service you’re interested in, and your message (through our contact form, WhatsApp or email).
• When you browse the site: pages visited, referring website, device and browser type, and approximate location, through Google Analytics.
• Only if you accept marketing cookies: pages visited, clicks on our WhatsApp and email links, contact form submissions, and browser and device identifiers, through the Meta Pixel.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal data.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver projects.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To measure our advertising and show our ads to people who have visited the site (Meta, only with your consent).
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Our legal basis

We handle enquiry data because you asked us to and to take steps before a contract with you; website analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving the site; and marketing cookies only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: Web3Forms (delivers contact form messages to our inbox), Google (Analytics), Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel and WhatsApp), and ScalaHosting (website hosting). Some of these providers store data outside the UAE. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it.

6. Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies (such as _ga) to count visits. The Meta Pixel sets cookies (such as _fbp) only after you click “Accept” on our cookie notice; if you decline or ignore it, the Meta Pixel does not load. Your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it at any time:

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client correspondence for as long as needed to respond and deliver work, and project and invoicing records for as long as UAE law requires. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to Google’s and Meta’s retention settings.

8. Your rights

Under UAE data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@threedotstudio.com and we will reply within 30 days.

9. Security

The site runs over HTTPS and we limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses. The site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
