Graphic Design Subscription in Dubai: What It Costs and When It Beats Hiring
Solo is AED 3,000 a month, Pro is AED 4,500 — unlimited design requests, delivered in 48 hours. Here is when a subscription beats hiring, and when it does not.
A graphic design subscription gives you unlimited design requests for one flat monthly fee, delivered in 48 hours. In Dubai, ours starts at AED 3,000 a month. Here is what that actually buys, what it costs, and when it beats hiring — and when it does not.
What a graphic design subscription is
A design subscription is a service that gives you unlimited design requests for a flat monthly fee, worked one at a time with a roughly 48-hour turnaround. You subscribe, then drop requests in your dedicated Slack channel — share the brief, references and any files, and the clearer the brief, the sharper the first round.
Unlimited means you can queue as many requests as you like. Solo works on one request at a time; Pro works on two in parallel. When one is done, the next in your queue starts. Every request is delivered within 2 business days, and revisions are unlimited — a design is done when you say it is done.
What it costs in Dubai
Solo is AED 3,000 a month for one active request at a time. Pro is AED 4,500 a month for two active requests at once, with priority queue and a senior designer assigned. A Custom plan for three or more slots is quoted on request.
All plans include an unlimited request queue, unlimited revisions and 48-hour delivery, plus a dedicated Slack channel. Pro adds the second slot, priority queue, a senior designer, and the ability to pause both slots with one request. There is no lock-in contract — pause or cancel whenever, no questions asked.
Subscription vs hiring a full-time designer
A senior in-house hire means a salary, visa, equipment, software licences and a notice period — and one person's range. Our design subscription gives you a studio's range from AED 3,000 a month, and you can pause it in a quiet month.
The other difference is range. One hire is one person, however good. A subscription gives you a studio: social, branding, web UI, packaging, motion and print, all from a team that already knows your brand — instead of briefing a new designer each time.
What it covers — and what it does not
The subscription covers design: social media, logos and branding, web and app UI, presentations, packaging, billboards and OOH, menus, emailers, print and collateral, and motion graphics — in English and Arabic. Bigger asks, like a full brand identity or a multi-page website, are broken into 48-hour milestones, so you see progress every couple of days.
What it does not cover is also worth knowing upfront. Website development, photography and video shoots, and paid-ads management are separate services — ask and we will quote them, or fold them into a Custom plan.
When to subscribe — and when to pause
Subscribe when design is a steady, monthly need: social content every week, seasonal menus, campaigns, sales collateral, decks. That is the volume a subscription is built for — a queue that keeps moving, one request after another.
Pause when it is not. Going quiet for a month? Tell us you want to pause and your subscription freezes — you keep your spot and pick up where you left off when you resume. On Pro, one request pauses both slots. There is no point paying for capacity you are not using, and the pause is built for exactly that.
